Q. How do I use my AllGifts.ie voucher to purchase a Gift for Delivery by Van?
A. If you wish to use your voucher towards the purchase of a hamper, baby gift, flower gift or any other gift for delivery by van-
1. Redeem your voucher following the steps in "How do I use my AllGifts.ie Voucher" below
2. Choose your gift from the "Gifts for Delivery by Van" section
3. Pay the total amount of the gift using your Visa card, Laser card or Mastercard.
4. Contact AllGifts.ie on 0818 222 222 or info@allgifts.ie to inform us and we will refund your credit card with the same amount as your voucher - refund issued within 48 hours

Q. How do I order a Gift Partner gift card?
A. To order a gift card (for any value) for use directly with any of our Gift Partners-
1. Open a gift account and redeem your AllGifts.ie voucher
2. Click “Spend from my Gift Account”
3. Click on Gift Partners A-Z and go to the Gift Partner you want
4. Enter the value of the Gift Card you want in the top right hand side of the Gift Partner page
5. Complete the order, and the Gift Partner will post you out their gift card within 10 days

Q. How do I use my AllGifts.ie Voucher?
A. Your AllGifts.ie Voucher can only be used on AllGifts.ie and CANNOT be used directly with gift partner suppliers. To use-
1. Click on “Redeem your eVoucher” on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open an account and enter the voucher code to redeem the voucher.

2. Once you have redeemed your voucher, you can then order your gift for delivery or collection OR make a booking by clicking on “Order / Book Now” next to your gift.

3. You can also swap your gift for any other on the website by clicking on “Spend from my Account” and browsing the site to select any other product, service, or gift card.

Q. How do I order my gift for delivery?
A. To order the gift on your voucher for Delivery-
1. Click on “Redeem your Voucher” on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open an account and enter the voucher code to redeem your voucher.

2. Once you have redeemed your voucher, click on “Order / Book Now” next to the gift details.

3. Confirm your order and delivery address, and select the delivery option. Please note, delivery costs may be charged separately by the gift partner on physical products (i.e. non-gift card deliveries). You can use the gift partner contact details provided to check the delivery costs before you order.

4. Complete the checkout process to order your gift for delivery. The gift partner will dispatch the gift directly to you, and you will be sent a confirmation email with the gift partner contact details for any delivery queries you may have.

Q. How do I order my gift for collection?
A. To order the gift on your voucher for Collection (no delivery charge)-
1. Click on “Redeem your eVoucher” on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open an account and enter the voucher code to redeem it.

2. Once you have redeemed your voucher, click on “Order / Book Now” next to the gift details.

3. Confirm your gift choice and select the Collection option. Please note, you cannot collect from the gift partner until they have confirmed that your gift is ready for collection from their premises.

4. Complete the checkout process to order your gift for collection. The gift partner will contact you shortly to arrange for you to collect your gift. You will also be sent a confirmation email with the gift partner contact details for any collection queries you may have.

Q. How do I make a booking?
A. To use your AllGifts.ie Voucher to make a booking-
1. Click on “Redeem your Voucher” on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open an account and enter the voucher code to redeem it.

2. Once you have redeemed your voucher, click on “Order / Book Now” next to the gift details.

3. Confirm your gift choice and select the Booking option. You will then be given a telephone number to call to check available dates and times. You enter your booking date and time into the AllGifts.ie booking form and complete the booking process.

4. Once you complete the booking process on AllGifts.ie, the gift partner will confirm your booking by email or phone. You will also be sent a confirmation email with the gift partner contact details for any booking queries you may have.

Q. How can I swap my gift for something else?
A. To use your eVoucher to swap your gift*-
1. Click on “Redeem your Voucher” on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open an account and enter the Voucher code to redeem it.

2. Once you have redeemed your Voucher, click on “Spend from my Gift Account”.

3. Browse the website and select any product, service or gift card. Follow the checkout process and the website will use your gift account balance to pay for the gift. Please note, delivery costs may be charged separately by the gift partner on physical products (i.e. non-gift card deliveries).

4. If your selected gift costs more than the balance of your gift account, you can pay the difference by Laser Card, VISA or MasterCard. The gift partner will dispatch the gift directly to you, and you will be sent a confirmation email with the gift partner contact details for any delivery queries you may have.

*To use your voucher to purchase a Gift for Delivery by Van such as a hamper or baby gift please see "How do I use my voucher to purchase a Gift for Delivery by Van?" above.

Q. How long is my eVoucher valid for?
A. Your eVoucher is valid for 12 months from the date it was bought. We recommend you store your gift voucher in an AllGifts.ie gift account – not only is this more secure, it also means that you will receive alerts if your eVoucher is going to expire.

If you use your eVoucher to order a gift card from any of our gift partners, you will be sent a gift partner-specific gift card, which will be valid for another 6 – 12 months (depending on the particular gift partner).

Q. How are delivery costs charged?
A. If you choose the delivery option when ordering a physical product (not a service or gift card), the gift partner may charge you separately for delivery.

Delivery charges depend on the gift partner you are ordering from, the size and weight of the product, and the distance from the Gift Partner. You can see if there are any delivery costs before you place your order by clicking on the “Delivery Information” link for that Gift Partner. You will also be able to contact the gift partner directly to get the exact delivery cost before you place your order.

Gift cards and vouchers are delivered by post free of charge, and all gifts can be ordered for collection from the gift partner free of charge.
