Q. How do I use my eVoucher?
A. Your eVoucher is a digital version of the gift that was bought for you. eVouchers can only be used on AllGifts.ie and CANNOT be used directly with the gift partner shop or business.

To use your eVoucher, go to the AllGifts.ie homepage and click on “Redeem your eVoucher” in the top right hand corner.
You can then –
1. Open a gift account by registering your details
2. In your new gift account, enter the eVoucher code and click Redeem – the gift details will appear in your account and your gift account balance will increase by the value of the redeemed eVoucher
3. To order the gift on your eVoucher, click Order Now next to the gift and follow the process to the checkout
4. You can use the balance of your gift account to buy a different gift by clicking on “Spend from my Gift Account” and browsing the site for any product or service you like

Q. How do I order the gift that was bought for me?
A. To order the gift on your eVoucher, -
1. Redeem your eVoucher by opening a gift account and the entering the eVoucher code (see above). The gift details will appear in your account under “Received Gifts” and your gift account balance will increase by the value of the redeemed eVoucher
2. You can then order the gift by clicking on “Order Now” next to the gift
3. Follow the checkout process and the website will use your gift account balance to pay for the gift
4. The Gift Partner will contact you within 10 days to arrange delivery or collection of your gift with you. You will also receive the contact person’s details in case you have any queries regarding your order.

Q. How do I book a gift experience?
A. To book a date and time for your experience gift, follow the instructions on how to redeem your eVoucher (see above) and click on Order Now beside the redeemed gift. You will see a Booking Date Request section, where you can either a) enter your preferred date to book the experience or b) contact the Gift Partner and arrange a booking before completing the order. The Gift Partner will confirm your booking with you when you have completed the order.

Q. Will I have to pay for delivery?
A. If you choose the “Delivery” option, you may have to pay delivery costs if there are any delivery charges applicable. Delivery charges depend on the Gift Partner you are ordering from, the size and weight of the item you are ordering, and how far you are from the Gift Partner. You can see if there are any delivery costs before you place your order by clicking on the “Delivery Information” link for that Gift Partner. You will also be able to contact the gift partner directly to get the exact delivery cost before you place your order.

Gift vouchers are delivered by post free of charge, and all gifts can be ordered for Collection from the Gift Partner free of charge.

Q. How can I swap my eVoucher for something else?
A. Once you have redeemed your eVoucher into your gift account (see above), you can click on Spend from my Gift Account and browse the site to select any gift you like. Follow the checkout process and the website will use your gift account balance to pay for the gift. You may be liable for delivery (see above). If your selected gift costs more than the balance of your gift account, you can pay the difference by Laser Card, VISA or MasterCard.

Q. How long is my eVoucher valid for?
A. Your eVoucher is valid for 12 months. Don’t forget you can use your eVoucher to order a Gift Partner voucher at any point, giving you up to an additional 12 months to spend your voucher, depending on the specific terms and conditions for the Gift Partner voucher you choose.

Q. Why do I need to open a Gift Account to get my gift?
A. Mainly for security reasons, we ask you to register your details before you can redeem and use your eVoucher. This will allow you to store your eVoucher securely until you are ready to spend it, and it also helps us prevent anyone else from trying to use your eVoucher.
