This great rally driving course runs year round at Rally Connection in Cappagh, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Seat time approximately 35-40 mins.
This rally driving experience begins with the safety briefing, followed by a co-driver spin with the instructor on Level 1. Then you drive 8 laps in a clockwise direction and 8 laps in the opposite direction increasing the pace on every lap.
Next on to Level 2, which is a much more difficult stage with blind corners and tight hairpins. Your instructor will navigate you through the stage for 2 laps giving advice as you go after which you will return to Level 1 for 1 competitive timed lap where you can demonstrate what you have learned during the course. The instructor will present you with a completed assessment sheet. This course can be run for individuals or groups up to 10 persons.
Drivers must be at least 17 years of age and hold a valid full or provisional driver’s licence. This course can be run for individuals or groups. Group days are usually on weekends, which start at 9 am. and will run until approx. 1 p.m. Advance booking is required.
