Choose two of the three great shooting activities at Abbeyfield Farm – Clay Pigeon, Air Rifle and Archery – and spend an action-packed few hours testing your skill and shooting accuracy. Forget PlayStation or Nintendo, this is the real thing!
Abbeyfield Farm in Clane Co. Kildare boasts 3 state-of-the art shooting ranges. Full tuition is given by our expert staff on all activities prior to commencing. On the Clay Pigeon Shooting range you will get to shoot at 50 clay pigeon “birds”, starting with easy traps and building up in difficulty as you progress. With the Air Rifles, you will have 50 shots at our fixed targets of varying difficulty. With the Longbow Archery, you will have a full hour to test your skill at hitting those elusive bulls-eyes. Depending on the number of participants, individual or overall competitions can be organised to crown the King or Queen of the Shooters.
We will provide all the equipment. You will just need to bring outdoor weather clothing and boots. The age range for these activities is from 14 to 114 years of age. All three shooting activities take place 7 days a week on Abbeyfield Farm. Price is per person. Bookings are subject to availability and a minimum of 2 participants per activity.
