Gift Partners bound by the provisions of the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003, and are contractually bound by AllGifts Terms & Conditions to use this data exclusively for the purpose of performing their AllGifts service obligations.
Personal information collected will never be disclosed to any third party unconnected with the AllGifts services without prior consent being obtained from the registered user concerned.
Registration Duration
Information shall be retained by AllGifts for an indefinite period but may terminated at any time the users request by following our unsubscribe process or by contacting AllGifts by emailing info@allgifts.ie
