Enjoy an evening of cookery and wine matching. The aim of this course is to heighten the appreciation of your dishes by unlocking the secrets of food and wine matching, instilling you with the confidence to cook delicious food, for yourself, your family or your friends.
You will taste a range of flavours against a range of wine styles, and learn to appreciate the alchemy of this gourmet artistry. This is a hands on course, and you will cook and eat a three course menu and taste 6 different wines.
The course is held in "The Kitchen in the Castle", Dublin’s most unique Cookery School, based in the beautifully restored Georgian kitchens in historic Howth Castle. This course is usually held from 7:00pm – 10:00pm on selected weekday evenings throughout the year. Advance booking required.
