Q. How do I use my AllGifts Voucher?
A. Your AllGifts.ie Voucher can only be used on AllGifts.ie and CANNOT be used directly with gift partner suppliers. To use-

1. Click on “Redeem your Voucher” on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open a Gift Account and enter the voucher code to redeem the voucher.

2. Once you have redeemed your voucher, you can then order your gift for delivery or collection OR make a booking by clicking on “Order / Book Now” next to your gift.

3. You can also swap your gift for any other on the website by clicking on “Spend from my Account” and browsing the site to select any other product, service, or gift card.

Q. How do I Swap my AllGifts Voucher?
A. It's easy to swap your AllGifts Voucher for any voucher gift from any Gift Partner on our website-

1. Click on 'Redeem your Voucher' on the top right hand side of the AllGifts.ie homepage. Open an account and enter the voucher code to redeem it.

2. Once you have redeemed your voucher, click on 'Spend from my Gift Account'.

3. Browse the Gift Directory and select any product, service or gift card from the A-Z of voucher Gift Partners. Follow the checkout process and the website will use your gift account balance to pay for the gift.

4. If your selected gift costs more than the balance of your gift account, you can pay the difference by VISA or Mastercard. The gift partner will dispatch the gift directly to you either by post or email, and you will be sent a confirmation email with the gift partner contact details for any delivery queries you may have.

Q. How long is my AllGifts Voucher Valid for?
A. Your AllGifts Voucher is valid for 5 years from the date it was bought; the expiry date is clearly printed on each voucher. We recommend you store your gift voucher in an AllGifts.ie gift account. Not only is this more secure, it also means that you will receive alerts if your Voucher is going to expire.

If you use your Voucher to order a gift card from any of our Gift Partners, you will be sent a gift partner-specific gift card, which should be valid for another 5 years minimum (depending on the specific Ts&Cs of the selected Gift Partner).

Please note that we can extend a voucher free of charge once (this can only be done within 5 years of expiry).

Q. How do I use my AllGifts Voucher to order a Gift Partner gift card?
A. To order a gift card for use directly with any of our Gift Partners-

1. Open a gift account and redeem your AllGifts.ie voucher.
2. Click Spend from my Gift Account.
3. Click on Gift Partners A-Z and go to the Gift Partner you want.
4. Enter the value of the Gift Card you want in the top left hand side of the Gift Partner page.
5. Complete to you within 5 working days, or emailed to you within 3 working days (see delivery info for each Gift Partner).

Q. How do I use my AllGifts Voucher to order a Product Gift (e.g. hamper)?
A. If you wish to use your voucher towards a Product Gift (e.g. hamper, wine & champagne, flowers, baby gift etc)-

1. Redeem your voucher following the steps in "How do I use my AllGifts Voucher" above.
2. Choose your Product Gift from the "Gifts" section in the main menu at the top of this page.
3. Pay the total amount of the gift using your credit or debit card.
4. Contact AllGifts.ie on +353 1 253 0555 or help@allgifts.ie to let us know and we will refund your credit card with the same amount as your voucher.

Q. What Delivery Options are available using my AllGifts Voucher?
A. The order options available depend on each Gift Partner on our site. Gift Partners can offer up to 3 different order options-

1. Delivery
Every Gift Partner offers delivery so you can use your AllGifts voucher to order a gift card for the individual Gift Partner to be sent out directly to you. Partner gift cards are either delivered by post or email - please check the delivery details for your chosen Gift Partner before you order.

2. Collection
Many Gift Partners offers collection so you can collect your ordered gift card directly from them. This option is not usually available for Gift Partner with multiple stories. If the Gift Partner offers collection, then you will see this option in the "Order Options" section at checkout.
Please note, you cannot collect from the gift partner until they have confirmed that your gift card is ready for collection from their premises. Please bring the email confirmation and Photo ID when collecting from a Gift Partner.

3. Booking Request
For Gift Partners who require a booking (eg Adventure Experiences, Spa Treatments etc), they may offer a "Booking Request" option on AllGifts.ie, allowing to you directly request your preferred date and time when using your AllGifts Voucher.

If the Gift Partner offers Booking Requests, then you will see this option in the "Order Options" section at checkout.

If you select Booking Request, you will see the Gift Partner contact details for you to check available dates and times with them. You can then enter your requested booking date and time into the Booking Request form and complete the checkout process. The Gift Partner will then contact you to confirm your booking or offer you an alternative time/date.

Q. Is Delivery charged when using my AllGifts Voucher?
A. When using your AllGifts Voucher to order a Gift Partner gift card or service, there is no delivery charge. For Product Gifts, you can see if there are any delivery costs before you place your order by clicking on the Delivery Information link for that Gift Partner.

Q. I used my AllGifts Voucher to order an eGift Card for a retailer, but I couldn't print out the retailer eGift Card - what can I do?
A. If you cannot print your digital voucher or eGift Card, you can email us at help@allgifts.ie and request a printed version of your voucher. Alternatively, if you have a smart phone, you can present your voucher on your smart phone in store.

Q. Can I change my password for my AllGifts.ie account?
A. To change your password, please click Forget Password on the AllGifts.ie login page (https://www.allgifts.ie/Shop_Login.aspx). You will be sent an email with a password reset link, which you can then use to update your password.

Q. Can I change the email address associated with my AllGifts.ie account?
A. Yes you can change the email address that is currently associated to your account. To change the email address for your AllGifts account, please email help@allgifts.ie from the email address your account is currently signed up with requesting the change.

Q. How can I change my delivery address or phone number associated with my AllGifts.ie account?
A. To change the delivery address or phone number for your AllGifts.ie account, log into your account and press the small arrow next to your name at the top right-hand side of the page. Once you click the arrow you will have a dropdown of two options, select 'Update my Details'. Here you will be able to edit your phone number, name and delivery address. Once you have updated your details, click 'Save'.
