The Starter Motor Racing Course is an introductory course where drivers learn the art of race car driving in a race prepared Mazda3 saloon car, with an instructor alongside them for the course duration.
On arrival at Mondello Park Racing School, you will signed in and fitted with your helmet and race suit. The course takes place on the Race School section of the Mondello Park International Circuit. Following a comprehensive briefing, covering safety, driving techniques and track discipline, you will be introduced to your personal instructor to begin your introduction to motorsport. The duration of the Starter Motor Racing Course is 1 to 1.5 hours.
Starter Motor Racing Course Includes: Detailed safety briefing | In-car tuition, with your instructor at the wheel for 3 laps | You driving the race prepared Mazda3 with your instructor alongside | 10 laps at the wheel of the Mazda 3 saloon car | Presentation of your certificate and computerised lap times.
You can upgrade to a Start Line or other Mondello Park Motor Racing School Course by paying the difference in price. Drivers must be 18 years or older and hold a full or provisional driving license. Advance booking is required. Mondello Park in Donore, Naas, Co. Kildare is the only motor racing circuit in the Republic of Ireland, and is the venue for international motor racing and motor biking events through the year.
