Appreciate the calming waters in the very scenic Howth Harbour through a stand up paddle boarding lesson. Through this lesson, learn the basics of SUP including paddling techniques, different types of turns, and how to plan expeditions.
This 2 hour lesson experience is taught by qualified BSUPA-ISA instructors who have worked extensively with both beginner and experienced paddle boarders. The price is specifically for people ages 16 and up and is the cost of one participant. A board and paddle is provided as well as a wetsuit, so do not fret about having all the right equipment. This experience does require good weather conditions. Participants should be able to swim and it is recommended that people with back pain not participate.
