Short on time but still hoping to get a killer workout? Try out a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class at Bootcamp Ireland.
HIIT incorporates all-out 100% effort with quick and intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. By keeping your heart rate up throughout the session, you burn more fat and calories in less time. No prior experience is required as you keep your own pace; however, it's recommended that you can walk for 60-minutes at a good pace and be able to break into a jog occasionally. This voucher is good for one person to attend one HIIT Session.
Bootcamp Ireland has 35 locations across Ireland including Dublin, Meath, Wicklow, Limerick, Clare & Kerry. Bootcamp Ireland operates year-round on a class timetable basis. Advance booking on AllGifts.ie is required.
